Privacy Policy

The short version: Whistle Ledger does not collect any data. Everything you enter stays on your device. There is no account, no server, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking.

Who we are

Whistle Ledger is a matchday notebook for grassroots football referees. It lets you plan fixtures, run a match clock, log goals and cards, photograph match sheets, record fitness tests and keep assessor feedback. This policy explains how the app handles information.

Data we collect

None. We (the developer) do not receive, collect, store, sell or share any personal or usage data. The app makes no network requests and contains no third-party SDKs.

Data stored on your device

The following information is created by you and kept only in the app's private storage on your iPhone or iPad:

If your device backs up to iCloud or a computer, this data may be included in that backup under Apple's terms. We never have access to it.

Permissions

You can change any permission at any time in the iOS Settings app.

Sharing

Nothing leaves the app unless you share it yourself using the iOS share sheet (for example a report card image or a season CSV file). Whatever you share is handled by the app or service you choose.

Tracking

Whistle Ledger does not track you across apps or websites and does not use advertising identifiers.

Children

The app is not directed at children under 13 and collects no information from anyone.

Deleting your data

Use Settings → Erase all data inside the app, or delete the app from your device. Either removes everything the app stored.

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version will be published on this page with an updated effective date.
